Student Government

The Student Government process begins by selecting a group of responsible students who will be in charge of surveying the voting process and making sure it is done transparently and democratically.

Next 3 student parties are registered and begin to campaign throughout the school featuring campaign promises and proposals for the year with the hopes to be voted into office.

On election day each student had the opportunity to vote once for his or her preferred party.  This electoral process is done to help promote leadership, service, and initiative amongst the student body, but it also helps students to learn what democracy is and what it can mean as they actively participate in an election on a small scale.
