Science Experiments: The Water Cycle

In 8th grade the students are studying the important role that water, H2O, plays in our world, that without it and all its qualities, properties and functions, life would be impossible.
For this reason, students are learning more about the water cycle, its stages, and its functions. In class student groups made models of the water cycle in order to better understand and visualize the entire process.
We also collected rain water to apply our understanding, creating a water filtration method and experiment with different materials that could be effective in eliminating microorganisms in order to obtain clean water.
